One Hit Wonders.....We changed our name from Brett Marvin and the Thunderbolts to Terry Dactyl and the Dinosaurs because in those days it was considered to be selling out doing pop (John Peel refused to play "Albatros" by Fleetwood Mac) .When we did top of the Pops in 1972 as Terry Dactyl And The Dinosaurs with SeaSide Shuffle a press reporter from the Melody Maker came into the dressing room looking for us saying, "where's Terry I've come to interviw him". John Lewis (Jona) piped up...."Here I am" ...... Subsequently John Lewis and Graham Hine fell out on who woud write B sides of any follow up pop singles..in those days the writer of the B side copped 50% of any royalties...."Money The Frst Reality"
